Nothing it was like a prison cell not an apartment toilet and shower not in the room

It’s not an apartment it’s a small room will never stay there again

Room was comfortable, clean and tidy and a nice fair size.

The telly wouldn't hook up to the WiFi and the aerial will only pick up some channels.

Never managed to get into the property due to their excessively long payment process. I don't understand why the money wasn't just taken through booking.com. Once payment was confirmed i was never sent my information to gain access to the property, so I assumed there would be a reception. Instead I spent over an hour trying to get ahold of key sleeps who are in charge of this property but that was like pulling teeth. Once I gained access to the property speaking with the woman on the phone and entering the pin for the front door there was no key in the safebox for me to enter my actual room. I was told they would contact house keeping to find out where the key was but they never bothered getting back to me until after I requested my refund the next day after I had travelled home already

Room was ok

Windows dirty, bathroom with mold, dirty and one of towel dirty.

The only thing complimentary were that the beds were comfortable.

No tv remote and aerial disconnected. No kettle. No staff on site to sort this out, only a call centre open until 10.pm and the house keepers unavailable it seems at the weekend to resolve. Didn't get relocated until following night 1 mile further away than where I was staying. I have spoken to several people at the call centre who don't return your call and lie about what's been done. Will definitely be booking again, a total stressful and nightmare experience.
