Privatnost apartmana je više od očekivanog, čisto, sve lepo uređeno, krevet preudoban, sve što vam je potrebno od sadržaja imate u apartmanu. Vlasnik apartmana veoma ljubazan čovek, za svaku saradnju. Hvala još jednom. Ovaj apartman je definitivno moj izbor za svako sledeće putovanje u Zagreb.

Very clean and well prepared apartment

It is a nice size studio apartment with all facilities you need. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to the city center and restaurants and bars.

The building is old but the apartment itself is well maintained/renovated

Location very central everywhere reachable by walk. Apartment equipped with all needed amenities. Host was very helpful and kind with us. Every thing was to our satisfaction. Highly reccomend.

The studio is great, it has everything necessary for an excellent and very comfortable stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect - very close to the main square. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Zagreb close to Britanac Trg, and I regret to say that there are no positives about this place. It was booked for three nights, which turned out to be the worst I've ever spent in Zagreb. Upon receiving a text that the apartment was ready, I arrived only to have the host knock on the door shortly after to drop off cleaning supplies and toilet paper. This should have been my first warning sign. He immediately cautioned me not to leave food out, as the previous guests had attracted a swarm of ants. I found this odd and even more concerning when I discovered ant sprays in the cabinets. Sure enough, ants were crawling through the smallest holes in the bathroom. The bed was not a proper bed but a dusty, WWII-era foldable couch. I was so uncomfortable that I bought an extra sheet to cover it. The wardrobe was unusable, stuffed with old blankets and cleaning tools. I spent the nights fighting to sleep, constantly worried about ants crawling onto the bed. I had to cover the small hole in the bathroom to keep them out and was scared to open any windows in a fear of any ants crawling inside. This place is awful and should not be bookable. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone. Studio is not a One-Bedroom apartment.

The location is close to the city center (you can even walk there) and you have a kitchen that you can use. There are a couple of supermarkets close by. Netflix is provided and there is a washerdryer.

The bed is a backbreaker, so I would recommend it only for few days. The kitchen could have been cleaner (sticky dishrack and exhaust hood). There were a lot of ants entering the living room/kitchen and also the bathroom, so they are everywhere, but not any other insects. The location itself has no parking spot (although private parking is mentioned in the info to the apartment), but the owner kindly told us where to park. I was a bit sad, that we never met the owner as everything need to be done online (providing pictures of the ID cards for the check in).

Close to city center and tram stop. Walkable to Lidl and Spar. Very quiet. The host is very responsive.

Shelves are filled with books that there is no space to put belongings. Right in front of the apartment is a deserted warehouse and too many trees. A bit scary and too many bugs and mosquitos. I still have bug bites on my legs. Also fallen berries from the trees are at the door. Okayish for a few nights but it was difficult for me as I stayed there for 16 nights. I became very depressed during my stay.
