Cosy country cottage with outdoor bathing

I wish I could have stayed here for a month! Absolutely beautiful accommodation and spacious enough for 4 people comfortably. Lots of personal touches which made our stay even more memorable.

I loved the privacy, the garden itself was very safe for young children who can easily fall from something high such as climbing on a wall which I didn't have to worry about. The place was relevantly clean, it had a great vintage setting to the cottage which I quite liked. The Internet was very fast, I was quite surprised by this considering where it's located, excellent. Every appliance worked fantastically, I can't comment on the cooker as I never used it but the Air fryer was brilliant. The beds were great, I loved them. If you don't get a good sleep here, I think the person has an issue lol. The host was great, very patience and friendly as we was not confident in finding the place.

For the price I expected better and I will definitely provide constructive healthy feed back as to why this is and I will point this below There was no basic living essentials such as no kitchen rolls which I thought was very strange, we didn't bring any tissues with us and why would you? You always need tissue boxes in every house hold especially when you have kids. I think a nice touch would also have been to leave a bottle of milk, a few eggs and a loaf of bread as a welcome gift rather than a few crisp packets and a drink. I was disappointed also with no shower gel, would had been a nice touch hotels always do this. I was not happy with the lack of lightning outside, I wanted to collect my glasses from my car but the spot light did not work so I had to use my phone, was quite daunting late at night. Some of the pillows were not clean, mainly the ones in the living room it had a lot of dust. The vacuum cleaner could had been cleaned out before the next guests, it stank of dog smell, I couldn't even use the hoover as the place just stank of foul dog smell after you used it, safe to say I only used it once just to clean up before we left. I also feel the cottage is quite small to be honest, there is plenty of room to extend the area. The grass could have been cut, there was a lot of shrubs which weren't great for the kids, the fence could be alot of higher to prevent balls from going over as we lost a few balls due to this reason. I think a lovely touch would be to have a trampoline, a slide and some swings, there is definitely enough room to do so. Would I visit again? Possibly as I do think it's a lovely place, but I don't think I will come as a family again as it just does not have enough to entertain the kids.

Nant Cottage is just beautiful, peaceful and such a warming cottage. Everything you need is here and such a lovely gesture with the welcome goodies. So kind!!! We will defiantly be returning. Thank you

Peaceful location & lovely cosy cottage. Relaxing break with the family & dog. Good base to visit North Wales from.

Myself & wife and her mum and dad had a lovely time staying at this amazing cottage. We could not have asked for anything better. Pauline has thought of everything and all of us could not praise the accommodation enough. We were in the area to attend a family wedding and the cottage was so much better than staying in a hotel, it really was home from home. It is extremely well presented, very clean and very comfortable, the welcome pack was a really nice touch. The location is very private and safe, I would highly recommend.

It would have been better if we had booked to stay longer, we cant wait to return, we just need to find an excuse :-)

The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished inside and out, it had everything you could possibly need for a few nights away.

The single track road to the property was a bit daunting but so quiet that it didn’t pose any challenge.

Lovely cosy and secluded cottage. We loved the log burner. Shame we never got to use the outside bath AGAIN!
