NZLocation is fantastic for me as I enjoy dog walks nearby. Quiet ( apart from the road works weekdays) . Bed was super comfortable. Well equipped, cosy and dog friendly. Loved being able to walk on the orchard for our evening walk.
I liked everything. Garden gate and fence was not the most secure to leave dogs in but we managed. House took a bit to heat but there were heaters and electric blankets so was cosy as

I personally got a tiny bit spooked at night, not for any particular reason, more so that it’s a very old villa & I just freaked myself out in the middle of the night 😅
GBPosition was great if you did not want to stay in the town. Lovely outside sitting area and a beautiful old house.
The Wi-Fi use for streaming on the tv was a bit hit and miss but normal browsing on phone was fine.

NZLocation was AMAZING, so close to Black Barn, Te Mata Wineries and Havelock North Shops too. Had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches everywhere and a real sense of care in how the house is set up. Felt relaxed from the moment we arrived with our fur baby. Communication was easy and warm, which made the whole experience even better! We would happily stay here again - highly recommended!
