Loved the pics and booked it instantly. The homestay exceeded our expectations. The caretaker showed us pics of the original house before restoration. It is amazing how they have made an old building into a beautiful homestay. We were very happy with the quality of the beds, and tasty food made with ingredients grown in the garden. Thanks to caretaker Bhupal Singh, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable

Lovely stay that I would gladly recommend to all. It was hard to believe that a 100 year old house could be converted into a beautiful stay with modern comforts. The house is actually at one edge of a fruit orchard. The magestic himlayan view was outstanding from my room. Everything was neat and clean and comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the attached bathrooms which have a natural look and have light coming in through a sun roof. The delicious food served was a mix of local Kumaoni dishes and regular North Indian dishes. Sunder ji, the owner of the property was present on site. He and the caretaker, Bhupal Singh ji made sure our stay was very comfortable. They also guided us and provided all the information on places of interest and the easy hikes nearby. Overall, Tranquil Peaks was a great experience. Highly recommended!
