food was very nice and staff also

cleanliness,The bedsheet was torn/ burnt all over, the comforter cover was also torn and burnt and the bedsheet was very old, like it hadn't been changed in years. The washroom was not clean at all; the basin and toilet were dirty and not properly cleaned. There was no handwash provided, just a small soap that made it difficult to wash hands, and there was no wiper in the washroom.

Hotel location is not good front road under construction room was not clean I have pay with breakfast but hotel did not provide it

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Haldwani (kathgodam) railway Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again." Must recommended
