Savana Townhouse in San Pablo Philippines

Owner appeared to be available via email to discuss things and made numerous PROMISES to refund my money.......however, upon checking with PAYPAL upon my return I found she had NEVER returned my money.

On the Booking.com map the house was shown as <1/2 mile (walking distance to everything.......I am 77 years old) to the lake, downtown, and all restaurants............but in fact it was located 3 miles out in the countryside; the showers were not accessible due to the doors mounted backwards, so that one had to climb over the toilets to enter the shower stall, there was virtually no water pressure, the Hot Water was either scalding or freezing; the only A/C was in the upstairs bedroom; there was no handrail on the steep tiled staircase. Owner promised a FULL REFUND to make up for the WRONG LOCATION but NEVER credited my PAYPAL account........even though she "claimed to have done so".

The owner is very considerate; they even offered a free night when it wasn't too rainy, and they're easy to talk to. They're kind and fulfill any request you have.
