L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di ogni comfort. Il gestore estremamente cortese. Abbiamo tardato nel check out e ha deciso di coprire i costi in più per il personale addetto alle pulizie. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

"good location, but extremely noisy, please invest in better soundproofing windows"

the location and the general facilities

the appartment is very noisy, insane ruckus whenever a car passes under the windows, it was like a tram ran every 10 minutes very late into the night. also the flooring was not very good and made noise when we walked around. I did not get good sleep during my stay

Дуже шумна вулиця, перед вікнами їздять машини. Але це не залежить від власника....Сама квартира дуже зручна, відносно чиста.

Шум з вулиці, павутиння в коридорі, повільна комунікація з власником. І довге заселення. Якщо ви любите поспати зранку, то тут вам це не вдасться.....

Appartement was schoon, had alle faciliteiten voor de 6 dagen en uitstekende ligging. Bij ontvangst lagen er koffiecups, theezakjes en koekjes. Heel attent. Eigenaar Alberto gaf de code via app door. Goed geregeld.

Even wennen: snachts de autos door de straat. Kwam omdat straat smal is en door de huizen erlangs.
