The rooms were spacious and well maintained

Too far to walk from parking

1.Overall ambience and the cooperative staff especially Ramesh. 2.Location is near to candolim main road.. 10 mins walking distance to the beach. 3.Greenery is good with variety of trees and pla ts 4. Silence within the resort is really awesome for people who would prefer some peace of mind

1.Timing for pool could be extended and the pool can be cleaner. 2. House keeping staff didn't come for cleaning.. Daily once cleaning can be done if not twice. Tables and other surfaces were not clean when we arrived. 3. Frequent Power failure was a headache. For a resort of this scale there should be a DG backup for atleast the fans and lighting. 4. No utensils and equipment provided in kitchen. 5. Parking space is not sufficient. 6. Restaurant is a bit expensive and additional charges for room service when we are paying for the rooms.. 7. Door locks can be better.. Didn't feel safe with kids who can easily unlatch the doors and run outside. Towerbolts for doors were missing in our unit. Don't know about the others.

Spacious and good architectural design of the room. Ramesh a good staff.

Low on maintenance.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It is a well maintained property. If you are looking for a 2bhk around candolim area then this property is definitely recommended

Best place ever visited until now

We reached the hotel at 1:30 am in the night and were informed that the room we have booked was not available for that night. We were made to stay in a separate room run by a separate company altogether. We were told we had to shift from that room in the morning. Despite having multiple conversations with the hotel people on call before arriving, we were not informed that they had overbooked and that we would be made to move from one place to another. In the morning, despite telling them that we would be ready to move at 12:30, till 3pm the room wasn’t ready - we had to adjust our plans to facilitate the moving. The hotel staff + manager was quite rude also when we tried to bring up our inconvenience. The manager was quite aggressive on call and the gentleman who was a staff at the hotel seemed intoxicated on the night we arrived - he could not comprehend anything we asked him and gave us very muddled and conflicting responses.
