The property needs major repairs and renovations before it can be comfortably used.

Good large pool with slides, kids enjoyed. Good location

Old, needs maintenance and renovation, things needed to get fixed constantly, no cleaning service offered. Mould in Shower.Apartment owner/manager took a service fee and bond which she did not return.

Room was very clean and the pool was very good.

Good location, nice pool, 24 hr 7/11 on site. Jomtien is a great place check in was simple and the host was very quick to answer any questions before arrival.

Do not stay in D112, the room appears to have has no maintenance for many years. Bathroom has mould and a shower tap that falls off every-time you touch it. All the cupboards are falling apart and mostly broken, the bed is so hard it is like sleeping on the floor. Several elecIric sockets hanging off the wall and there is a live electric wire in the closet that gave me a strong electric shock, oh and the terrace fence is so rusted it looks like you’d fall through it.

I like the pool of the property.

I didn't like the room and its facilities, the Aircon had lots of sound, The water tap was so tight, the curtains couldn't block sunlight at all, I had to wake up at 6:30 in the morning, due to the bright room.
