Good location, calm neighborhood. Place was new and clean. Comfortable bed.

Tap water tasted really bad, like chemical.

Poor accommodation conditions like mold on sheets, mold on washing machine filter, dust on air vents, dirty cups, dirty kitchen accessories, and empty household products.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Good place, a small distance to a 7-eleven and bus stops which can get you to most places with one or two bus's. Were a group of three people so we had one on the bed and two on the top two futons. The futons were more comfortable than i was expecting here. You'll need to crouch at the top to get to the futons. Great place.

We liked the location, a quite suburb, and walking around the less touristy areas of Fukuoka. It was a little bit further away from central Hakata. Bus stop is very close, or the train station is just a short stroll, and very easy to transport to Hakata. There is a convenience store very close to the property. The facilities in the property were very convenient and easy to use. The building & apartment looks new and the room was a great size.
