The extension lead for the plug socket was faulty and I have had to replace plugs and lead for phone and have my phone locked at it was a fire hazard and I still have not had my deposit back from you so I am out of pocket in a big way

It was welcoming, Clean and tidy. Staff were Friendly and kind

I didn't like carpet in room. Perhaps without the brown carpet and just plain flooring
