MY1 or 2 tenants were quite noisy at night. TV was turned out loud.

The bed in room 2 could be a little more comfortable, it’s not bad but could do with an upgrade.
GBConvenient location for Southampton town centre (about 1 mile away?). Limited unrestricted parking available nearby a short walk away, as per notes be aware there are restrictions directly outside the house during the daytime. Good options for eating / drinking nearby. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Comfortable bed. There were other residents we dint't cross paths with, but no issues there. I guess who else is in the house could make / break your stay. There are 4 rooms. Good communications from owners re keys, access etc
Our room (room 4) smelled damp - may be related to it being above the downstairs bathroom and toilet and next to the upstairs toilet. I can't speak for other rooms, didn't seem to be a general problem throughout the property. We opened the windows as the weather was OK. TV oversized for the room size, needs to be manhandled into position then the door can't be opened.... Downstairs bathroom / toilet getting a little shabby.

GBGBIt is a scam, it was someone's flat.
It is a scam . After a night I was forced to leave the place with a taxi driver who witnessed the doggy place.
