Iconic PRIVE beachfront villa Mola Kaliva

Μείναμε στη βίλα Iconic Privé και ήταν μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία για όλη την οικογένεια. Υπάρχουν τέσσερα πολυτελή master bedrooms με θέα θάλασσα, με τέσσερα μοντέρνα μπάνια και έναν εξωτερικό χώρο που είναι ολοκαίνουριος με τοπ σημείο κάτω από το τεράστιο πεύκο και την απίστευτη σκιά. Ο κήπος είναι υπέροχος, ιδανικός για παιδιά να παίξουν, ενώ η ιδιωτική παραλία μπροστά είναι ασφαλής και μαγευτική. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι, προσφέροντας μας ακόμη και σανίδα Sup για surfing! H ηρεμία που προσφέρει η βίλα είναι ιδανική για χαλάρωση, τη συνιστώ σε όποιον θέλει άνεση και πολυτέλεια.

It’s a magic place!

Location , communication, facilities

Nice and spacious villa in good and peacefull private location in a small village. Essential services are in the village, but it was handy to have a car since the village is small. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids, and two toilets and one shower was enough for us. Kitchen was well equipped and having washing machine both dishes and clothes was great. Owner is really friendly and helpful. Terrace with outdoor kitchen is amazing and also the beach is really good. As mentioned in other reviews it is both sand and stones, but so are most of other beaches in the area, and since stones are rounded and smooth, it’s not uncomfortable at all. Drop to the beach is around 5 meters, and not safe for toddlers, but did not feel too risky with our group’s youngest 5 year old.

The villa was truly fantastic, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Provided privacy, which made our stay exceptionally relaxing. The open kitchen was a particular highlight, for its inviting, social atmosphere that made cooking and dining a pleasure. The thought of exploring the surrounding area seemed unnecessary when we had everything we needed right here. The children delighted in collecting stones and playing by the water, and the expansive garden became their personal playground. Additionally, the owner was very hospitable and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The villa is 20 metres from the beach and has an amazing view on the Aegean Sea. The kitchen is outside and a meal or even a simple coffee outside is unbelievable. Last but not least, the beach was pretty empty even in July. And Konstantinos, the owner, was extremely helpful.

Just a few words of caution: there is only one bathroom, the terrace is about 10 metres above sea level and is not recommended for toddlers and obviously the beach is pebbles, hence not for sand lovers.

Magnificent house by the seaside, the sea is crystal clear. The yard has everything for relaxation: comfortable sofas, a kitchen, sun loungers, a separate barbecue area, and a separate lounge area. The house is as comfortable as it can be. The house owner deserves special thanks for his care and quick attention to all questions. We plan to come back again.

Luxury moments!!! This villa is absolutely amazing! Me and my friends loved this place with private beach Combines the absolute blue with nature and olive trees! It's like being in the sea! The quality in all the decoration gives you the feeling of luxury! even the detail with the incredible sunbeds in a place of absolute privacy! we had a fantastic night barbecue!!
