I got there and there was nobody to do the check in and after i msg them they told me the room isn't available and i need to find another place to stay.

Nothing we didn’t even stay there

The dogiest sketchiest place ever, no one was even there, we called multiple times and eventually got through to someone and was told without confirming any booking details that we were in room 2 and keys were in the door, my partner went to check out the situation because I was quite frankly uncomfortable and there were people already in this room and there were no keys in the door, we could even stay there and wouldn’t have wanted to
