"Worst Experience Ever"

There was nothing to like. No professionalism, didn't care about customer experience.

After booking the property I contacted the property on the day of visit and they denied check-in saying there is no availability. They said that booking.com is just an inquiry platform which I don't understand till now. The property manager was saying that I have not paid anything so there is no booking but, he did not even contact me to confirm the booking. Even if he wanted advance payment how will I know that I need to do advance payment if nobody is reaching out. Booking.com showed that the booking is confirmed. If there was no availability how was I able to do the booking and the property manager did not have an answer. He just argued pointlessly without any empathy.
