Trilok Residency - Dashashwamedh Varanasi

I had an excellent experience at Trilok Residency. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made me feel truly welcomed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and value—I would definitely recommend Trilok Residency to anyone visiting the area

I travel a lot, and I can say without the slightest hesitation that Trilok Residency is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed – not only in Varanasi, but in all of India. The location is simply perfect: peaceful yet ideally placed to easily reach the main ghat and all the main sites of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by by room – spacious, and spotless. The absolute highlight is the exceptional service. The staff is constantly attentive, anticipating every need without ever being intrusive. A very special mention must go to Aditya , the owner: not only does he run the guesthouse with remarkable kindness and efficiency, but he is also incredibly generous with his advice. Thanks to him, I discovered excellent restaurants, good advices for visits and was able to organize my days in the best possible way. And perhaps what touched me the most: I arrived in Varanasi very sick. Aditya and his team constantly checked on me, offered their help, and made sure I had everything I needed to recover. This level of care and humanity goes far beyond what you normally expect from accommodation.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, ohne irgendwelche Zusatzleistungen verkaufen zu wollen. So kam uns bei der Ankunft jemand entgegen, damit wir das Hotel in den engen Gassen der Altstadt nicht suchen mussten. Wir bekamen einige sehr hilfreiche Tipps per WhatsApp, die uns das Leben in dieser hektischen Stadt erleichterten. Das ging von realistischen Preisen auf Märkten bis hin zu Formalitäten bei Besuchen bestimmter Orte. Vielen Dank dafür! Außerdem ist die Lage natürlich großartig zentral.

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.

Alloggio situato in una posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dai ghat principali quindi proprio nei stretti vicoli della città vecchia (dunque non è possibile arrivarci direttamente con il taxi ma gli ultimi 5 minuti a piedi). La camera è pulita, dotata di AC funzionante e anche ventilatore sul soffitto, le finestre sono ben sigillate quindi non entra smog/umidità nè alcun insetto. Il bagno è privato ma subito fuori dalla camera, con doccia anche con acqua calda e un ottimo getto (il locale bagno è un po vecchio quindi ovviamente non curato come siamo abituati ma comunque pulito). Il personale è a disposizione sempre, invia per messaggio anche diversi consigli su cosa visitare.

Bisogna essere al corrente che per arrivarci è necessario fare almeno 5 minuti di strada a piedi con i bagagli (anche se si sono offerti loro stessi di portarceli) e che come tutti gli imprenditori turistici propongono vendita sim telefonica/tour con guide/taxi etc a prezzi piu alti (ma comunque estremamente bassi rispetto ai costi italiani) rispetto a quanto si potrebbe trovare e contrattare da soli per strada.

ここのホテルは清潔で快適、立地も抜群。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、しかも値段は手頃です。 カオスなバラナシの中で、ほっと安心できるホテル。心からおすすめします。 ▼部屋 とても清潔で、お湯もたっぷり出ます。 エアコンの効きもよく、価格以上の快適さです。 Wi-Fiも仕事に十分な速度があります。 ▼立地 主要観光地まで徒歩圏内で、観光の拠点として最適です。 近くにはローカル食堂や有名なラッシー店、日本食レストランもあります。 ▼サービス スタッフは温かく、かつプロフェッショナル。 WhatsAppで観光情報やバラナシでの注意点を丁寧に教えてくれました。 私が英語が苦手だと伝えると、毎回日本語に翻訳して送ってくれる心遣いも。 さらに「部屋で仕事をしたい」と相談したら、前日に椅子とテーブルまで用意してくださいました。 困った時に助けてくれる人がいると思えることが、とても大きな安心につながりました。 親切で丁寧な対応のおかげで、バラナシ滞在がとても快適になりました。 またバラナシを訪れるときは、必ずここに泊まります。 本当におすすめです！

とくにないですが、しいて言えばエレベーターがないくらいです。大した問題ではありません。

ロケーションがとても良かった。また、オーナーさんの配慮が行き届いていて良かった。

Excellent hospitality by Aditya... highly appreciated. Very helpful throughout out stay since I booked the stay until we checked out. He even send staff to help us with the baggage.

Location is little inside kasi narrow lane. Hotel people arrange to take your and drop of your luggage to erickshaw/auto location.
