Trilok Residency - Dashashwamedh Varanasi

The staff was very nice and they took super good care of us. They gave us a bigger room than the one we booked and they allowed us to do a late check out because our train was very late in the night. The location is perfect (just 1 min walk to the famous Dashashwamedh Ghat! They also gave us very useful tips for our trip in India.

Everything about it exceeded my expectations.Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one.

Synonym for hospitality is Trilok Residency, Dashashwamedh - Varanasi. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were very humble and courteous. Aditya, helped us right from arrival till our departure, which made our trip very comfortable. Aditya’s conviviality, inspired us to stay again in Trilok Residency on our return trip to Varanasi. Aditya went an extra mile to accommodate our request. Attention to every detail, to achieve customer satisfaction, was the stand out for us in today’s world. Thanks a lot to Aditya for keeping up the exceptional work and providing us a cherishing and wonderful experience at Trilok Residency.

Literally nothing, the room is slightly big, nothing much to write about anything to like.

Not accessible, you have to walk about 500 mtrs in a narrow gully to reach, bathroom is not attached but away from your room, no hot water shower available, claims geyser is not working, narrow steps, I had booked for three days but had to complain to Booking.com to cancel the remaining two days and checked out after one night's stay. None of the amenities and facilities mentioned in the website are available. Worst experience in my life. While checking out, the hotel offered me 300 Rs discount if I claim not to have shown up so that they can disclaim this review.
