Agravista Main Square Residence by Irundo

We had an incredible stay at Agravista Main Square Residence by Irundoduring our holiday in Zagreb! The apartment exceeded all our expectations — it was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy atmosphere to the fully equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. The highlight for us was the stunning view of the Christmas Advent festivities right outside our window. Watching the lights and holiday cheer from the comfort of the apartment was absolutely magical, especially during this festive time of year. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality really added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend Agravista Main Square Residence by Irundo to anyone visiting Zagreb. With its prime location, exceptional comfort, and wonderful owner, it's the perfect place to stay and fully enjoy the charm of the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Location od this property is its main advantage, it is right opposite from main square and everything is at the palm of your hand. Property was super comfortable, modern and clean. Beds and pillows were amazing. Parking was arranged for us for really reasonable price 2 minutes from the propety. Parking had a ramp and was covered so we didn’t have to think about our car at all. This was huge plus and would recommend it definetly. Our host, Matea, is super kind and at your disposal all the time with swift responding to all our messages. Even though we got all instructions in messages prior to our arrival, super easy and clear, she was there for us for all additional questions.

Window of one bedroom is looking right at the main square so, while the view is breathtaking, it was a bit loud and noisy for sleeping. We didn’t mind at all, because we came for festivities and light 🎉

Great location, helpful host and very spacious lounge area.

Photos of the living/lounge room are deceiving as there are no windows and room is mostly dark. The main window is in the front bedroom that looks out to Trg Ban Jelačić. Second bedroom is very small. Sadly the bathroom had a very bad smell most of the time due to age of building and old plumbing. We had to regularly flush bathroom drains with water to get rid of sewer smell.

The bathroom was very small as well as the capacity of water heater! Moreover the apartment was not so clean there were hair on the floor and on the bed from previous renters

the location is great and in very centralized location in zagreb. the access of apartments are easy and convenient. the rooms are exactly like the pictures shown in booking sites.

hot water is easily running out and we need to arrange seperate times to use showers.

Fantastic location. Extremely spacious & clean. Exceptional communication and easy check in.

You can hear trolley every few minutes but you quickly get accustomed to it. Music some nights in square is also loud but usually ends early.
