Luxury Apartment Pjaca Splendida in Split

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a fabulous location right in the centre of the old town. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and even gave us recommendations for Split. Very comfy beds!

Чудові апартаменти з усім необхідним для хорошого відпочинку. Кухня, ванна кімната, спальня - все гарно обладнане і в гарному стані. Апартаменти знаходяться в центрі міста, що добре і не дуже. Добре те, шо все поруч. З іншого боку постійні натовпи туристів інколи дратують і створюють певний дискомфорт. Апартаменти мають чудову шумоізоляцію і, не дивлячись на центральне розміщення, в них дуже тихо і комфортно. До міських пляжів 15-20 хвили пішки, до заміський 15-20 хвилин на автобусі. Поруч ресторани, бари, рибний базар і продуктовий магазин. В цілому все було дуже добре. Чудовий варіант для сім’ї з 3-х осіб.

Немає ліфта, що може бути проблемою. Апартаменти знаходяться в пішохідній зоні і від найближчого місця висадки з автомобіля/автобуса треба йти 5-10 хвилин. В ванній кімнаті інколи з’являвся неприємний запах з каналізації, але це не створювало великих проблем.

This property was absolutely great! The location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. We used the airport transfer to and from the hotel that the apartment provided and it was perfect. It put our minds at ease as far as where they were going to drop us off and then pick us up since they couldn’t drive into old town. The communication was the best between the host and us, from the directions on how to check in to ideas of what to do and see while in Split. Amazing stay!

Fabulous apartment right in the Center of the old town and close to everything. We walked around town and spent lazy days at the beach. Close to ferry port for our onward journey to Dubrovnik.

From providing plush towels and quality toiletries to ensuring the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, she made sure we had everything we needed for a flawless experience. Every part of our stay at Pjaca Splendida was thoroughly enjoyable, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Split. The location is top. There is no better place to stay when visiting split. The apartment is recently renovated, very clean and spacious for 2 adults plus 1 children. We slept very well, beds are good and the apartment is far from the noisy area
