Home from home absolutely thought of everything , had a great stay , would highly recommend this place to stay , ideal location too.

The management/operations teams are doing a PHENOMENAL Job of maintaining the premises in a clean and pristine condition!! Amenities provided were well thought out, all areas were spotless (including clean baseboards and windows), and there wasn't a thing we reached for that wasn't provided or available on-site. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

The TV remote in the bedroom was not functioning properly... it would not allow us to scroll up on the selections, only down and sideways. Also, it would not turn TV on/off, had to use the power button on back of the television..

Nos quedamos en un studio muy bonito , muy completo, tenía todas las comodidades para cocinar y estar a gusto en el espacio pequeño. También prestan todo para ir a la playa que queda a 100 metros y hay lavandería.

No había personal todo el día. Si llegas tarde y cuesta el ingreso puede ser un problema, pero atienden el teléfono. Tuvimos un mal momento con el servicio porque nos sacaron la ropa del lavarropa para lavar sábanas y nos las pusieron a secar, eran prendas delicadas y no nos gustó que nos toquen la ropa, además estábamos en el dpto controlando y esperando que el lavarropas terminara, así que nos podrían haber avisado que necesitaban usarlo. Lo demás muy bien!

The area looks ok, and the fact that it was close to the beach it was definitely a plus. However, I never got to stay for more than maybe 30 minutes due to the fact that the apartment wasn't ready and had to book elsewhere.

The apartment wasn't cleaned up, there were sheets used by the previous guest(s) on top of the bed, the bathroom was in terrible conditions, including the bath full of cloths and other cleaning equipment. Hair everywhere. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the number listed, it went straight to voicemail. I then called booking.com who told me they had to try to reach out to them before trying to arrange something else for me. After a few minutes, they came back to me and told me the property did not answer their calls and by policy they should answer booking.com. This was in a timespan of probably 30+ minutes and if you manage a property with multiple rooms, that should be enough time to come back to me/booking.com. To date (16 days later), I only received a small apology and upon calling booking to review this, they admitted that the property hasn't yet answered them about paying me back. What made the matter worse is that I was alone, in the evening, with my 2 daughters and I had to find a new accommodation in short notice, grab a new uber and move to the new place. I've travelled for a while now, visited many places, issues will happen, but this is the first time where the property disappeared and didn't care to even pick up the phone.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le lieu, le confort, la beauté, la propreté générale/globale et nous sommes reconnaissants pour ce temps. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir. Nous aurions aussi apprécié une plage horaire souple 10h-12h pour le tcheck out ; mais ce serait un plus, une option ;). Nous vous souhaitons le meilleur.
