Hot tub breaks Fairways Tattershall lakes

The caravan was as described, hot tub maintained daily which we liked. Very quiet and peaceful, only a short walk to the entertainment and restaurants. Communication with owner was good. Perfect for a weekend stay.

The caravan appeared a little unclean, like it hadn't been hoovered or shower cleaned from the last people. Hot water was intermittent, luckily was very warm so benefited from cold showers. Main downfall was no fans in the property despite 30° heat which was rather warm.

We had a lovely time here, the caravan was clean and the beds were very comfy, we didn't realise when we booked that we booked the weekend of rock the lakes so the entertainment was fabulous, the hot tub was looked after every day by groundsmen and filled up and was clean. Couldn't fault our stay here.

The property was very clean and tidy on arrival. Hot tub ready to use. Beautiful caravan and located on a lovely part of the complex. A short walk from the main building.

The caravan itself was really nice had it of been cleaned properly.

Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the accommodation. The mattress had clearly been flipped to conceal significant stains and dirt, and it felt like I was sleeping directly on springs. The shower had visible mould, and there were rats underneath the caravan, which was very unsettling. The kitchen appliances were in a dreadful state—the oven was caked in grease, and the air fryer still had crumbs and grease left from previous use. Additionally, there was rubbish left near the entrance gate, creating a very unwelcoming first impression. I attempted to raise these issues with the owner but received no response, even though I was later contacted about checkout. Unfortunately, this is just a portion of the problems I encountered. I have photographic evidence to support my claims.

Very clean property, WiFi and smart tv was a nice bonus alongside the hot tub of course.

Few points that could’ve made the stay that little bit better was a few of the basics we’re missing such as no bin bags or toilet roll on arrival. Basic condiments which were missing that would’ve been a nice bonus such as tea and coffee and salt and pepper.

Beautiful location, accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was excellent, kind, polite, extremely helpful and welcoming.

Great communication with owner, easy to collect keys from lock box. Great caravan, lovely hot tub- perfectly situated in the sunshine on the decking! Beautiful lakes and local walks- recommend walking to Tattershall castle. Doggy friendly caravan and site 👍😊

Double bed ok for 1/2 nights, mattress could do with upgrading. A chopping board and bigger frying pan would be great! None of this is stopping us to want to come back though!
