Lovely caravan with all mod cons and bottle of fizz on arrival was a nice touch.

Mattress in main bedroom extremely uncomfortable, so didn't sleep well at all, felt flat and cheap, needs better quality for the money we paid for a 2 night stay. Burnt out plug on patio heater which owner should really have been aware of to advise guests about. No instructions on how to work hot tub. Ideally needs a welcome pack. Have to pay extra for passes for use of facilities on site so did not pay for this.

The caravan was nice and clean on arrival. It was a good location. The hot tub was great! There’s lots to do around the site and the castle is only a small walk away.

"Great family break for a great price"

It was clean & fresh, comfortable, spacious, great value for money, I marked it a 9 because no wifi other then the standard park wifi which is a bit hit & miss but I can’t fault anything other then that

I liked the decor, the cleanliness, the size & layout, hot tub wonderful!
