Emilia Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Emilia was beautiful at a good location. However they switched us to abither apartment on day 1 without information finding which took away all my evening and location was very bad. I had to drag 2 big bags and couldnt find the apartment for 3 hrs in night.

Hello, This is with reference to my booking no. 5456605410 stay at Emilia Apartment by Wonderful Italy (WI). I had my stay on 10th and 11th September. I arrived on 10th Septmber at Bellagio and around 6pm my host informs me that they have changed my apartment to another apartment. I asked why I was not informed earlier and the host asked didnt anyone from Wonderful Italy call you? I said no and i would like to stay in the same apartment but he said i will have to manage and next day i can shift to emilia. They sent me google map location on whatsapp of the other apartment and i paid 25 euros to reach on that address. However, that address was of emilia apartment. I put the street name they sent me on whatsapp but that too was of emilia. I called up wonderful italy and they sent me a pdf file and asked me to follow it. I looked at the pdf and couldnt find the apartment as shown in the picture in pdf. It was already 8.30 pm. I was constantly calling their no. But no one was answering. Then i searched for the apartment name mentioned in pdf Loppia Secret Mandara that pointed the direction from emilia. I had 2 big bags with back pack and i had to climb down a steep fleet of stairs (aroybd 200 steps) and upon reaching down i couldnt find the building. I kept calling WI but nobody answered, on whatsapp they told me to look at the pdf. Finally after walking around at 9.30 pm i found a small alley leading to the apartment. I had come to Bellagio to spend my evening there on 10th and enjoy the 11th but my holiday had been ruined. My whole evening in bellagio was wasted, i was tired and exhausted because WI changed my apartment without informing me and then shared wrong location of the Loppia apartment. They could have asked the host to leave the key downstairs as there was a man from Texas living on the ground floor of emilia apartment. When i first reached emilia on 10th night he said nobody has left the keys with him.

The Villa was very charming and original with breathtaking views over the lake. Just a 10 minute walk from Bellagio town square. Take the C30 bus to visit other towns enroute to Como.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning but the breeze.at night is very refreshing.
