Probably nothing.

Room was still being cleaned 1 hour after checking in. Plates chipped. Garden area disgusting!!! Blanket on bed was dirty Booking.com never sent me instructions as to how to get into premises Main house disgusting!!! Overall, the place is an absolute dump!!! How can you have this dump on your books???!!!
