Very good location and can accommodate a family

Not preparing upfront towels as per occupancy and room service not available after working hours The TV had problems with remote n it’s due remote battery. This supposed to check before customer check in

The requirement to provide a passport, IC, or license via WhatsApp before receiving the key lockbox password should be clearly stated in the policy during the booking process, not after the payment is accepted and the day before check-in, especially since cancellations at that point are non-refundable. Mirrors in 1st floor room and dark tone
