Cozy Garden Apartment Along the Shoreline

This is our second time visiting Guilford, and we chose to book this cute little appartement again because it's so cozy and Sandy is so welcoming and caring! the beach is perfect to relax and enjoy some kayaking. Always a pleasure to be there

Nothing, all was set to make our stay comfortable

The area was far enough away from the center of town to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to be able to do any activities you would like. And everyone we met while on our daily walks was so friendly. The hosts Sandy and Dan were very friendly and accommodating, with many recommendations of things to do in the area. They even left snacks, cold drinks and coffee for us. Hammonasset Beach is a short 20 minute driver away, but the property allows access to a private beach that is a short nature filled walk away. Sandy and Dan also allow use of their kayaks (if you so choose) as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. One of our most relaxing getaways in a very long time, we didn’t want to leave. And will definitely return.

It was a cute property - plenty of parking - 1 block from the beach. We know Guilford pretty well so it was familiar.

The location was perfect and morning walks around the neighborhood were peaceful

The full sized bed was a bit small for us.

No breakfast, only snacks.

Although temperature was showing 70 degrees, it was chilly, probably because it was partially below ground level. I thought it was pricey for off season, but it was convenient for my travel plan.
