It was centrally located however I can’t say we’ve been completely satisfied. We waited outside for over 1 1/2 hours to be let in , in 31 degrees heat. The shower issue was not addressed and the welcome kit was very underwhelming. The coffee machine did not work , it kept overflowing after one coffee. The steps inside the main door to our unit is always wet and very slippery. We did fall once and sustained an injury on the leg with no one to reach out to as no one else was in the building. Communicating with you via WhatsApp has been very difficult to say the least as times it would take days for you to respond and we had to reach out to Expedia to contact you on numerous occasions. If anything a refund would be appropriate.

Location was the best and the staff were really helpful.

Apartment wasn’t cleaned well enough. As we entered we found alot of dust and hair especially near the bed and the bathrooms. Hot water run out immediately, not big enough for 4 persons.

The position is very good, really close to the city centre and within 15 minutes to most attractions/points of interest. Metro is also close with you have a lot of luggage. The staff are within a message away at any time of the day if you encounter any problems.

There are some small things like a broken shower faucet in the upstairs bathroom and the lack of self check-in (we had to wait a bit in the rain for the keys to be handed to us)
