Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them from the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per guest per stay for bed linen and EUR 10 per person per stay for towels, or bring their own. Please note that a maximum of 3 medium sized dogs are allowed against an extra charge of 75 EUR per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms of the villa. Please note that the hottub can be rented including wood €100 or without wood €50. Please note that a maximum of 2 children until 1 year are for free. Please note that we do not provide a private pool. Guests are welcome to use the communal pool located within the park.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
