The lady managing the apartment was very helpful. Its the nicest apartment hotel you will find in the area. Great to have a shop close by to purchase groceries.

The noise from the restaurant did not allow me to sleep much, the reception area the people are quite rude. Its very noisy, but overall okay

My recent stay at Signature Apartments and Hotel in Accra was overall satisfactory, with several positive aspects that made the experience enjoyable. The property offers a good view of the city and is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the airport, making it easy to move around. The location itself is a strong advantage, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive, which added to the comfort of the stay.

That said, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. Cleanliness requires more attention, as I found dust and garbage—including plastic bottles and wrappers—under the bed. The living room sofa appeared old and had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it may need replacement. Additionally, one of the bedroom mattresses seemed worn, with springs that no longer provided proper support, making sleep uncomfortable.
