"Would not recommend"

The location, being right on the beach, should be ideal for a family trip. The outdoor area however is run-down and very uneven. The stairs to the beach are very steep.

The property is not well maintained. The bbq was filthy and broken, the freezer in the garage was mouldy and had 2 watermelons left inside, the outdoor areas look unloved with dead grass and dirty pathways and the windows are so dirty you cannot see through them. There were a number of rusty patches around the door frames and the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall.
