Beautiful Cottage with Sea Views Cornwall

A wonderful stay in a fabulous home . A few things that would have made it better though . More than 5 mugs ! Draining board for kitchen sink An iron Wardrobes ( no wardrobes in any rooms ) Bins in all bedrooms/bathrooms Recycling bin A fridge with door section for milk ( had to remove the salad box to stand milk up as door part of fridge missing ) Hand towel each ( only a bath towel each )

Lovely and spacious house for a family. Great location and bathrooms for each bedroom. Right by the station.

The location was great, close to the station with a good service to Plymouth. The house suited our needs, fully equipped and unpretentious. The views from the top room are superb in particular. Good house/leaving instructions in place.

Potential renters should be aware that the parking space is very tight and unsuitable for a large vehicle. There is other parking available close by although on street sometimes difficult to find (and that in February).

Very central, characterful, homely, warm, and clean, and the views from upstairs out over the Tamar were lovely. The balcony area was a real asset, too.

It's quite spacious. Each room is ensuite. And it was thoroughly refurbished and clean.

Although the house can easily accommodate 7 adults but if you're planning on cooking, bear in mind that the fridge is very small. We were doing Xmas dinner for 3 days and put half the food on the balcony to keep it cool.

Needs a wardrobe or hooks on back of doors to hang clothes Car park space not suitable for large car but will fit a small hatchback like Audi a3 but not a Volvo

spacious, well equipped, fabulous location, owner very helpful and responsive.

There was nothing not to like.

The place was beautiful my kids loved it Hugh living room 3 onsuites very nice view just amazing loved it will go back again in the future
