A very good hotel, perfect for families. The location is excellent, close to the bus stand and easy to access. Special thanks to Likith Sir for his guidance—he helped us plan our visit to the Kuduremukha trekking point and even arranged a jeep for us. He also suggested beautiful temples to visit like Horanadu, Sringeri, and Kalasa, which made our trip even more memorable. We truly appreciate the support and hospitality. Highly recommended

Room was big but not useful.

Breakfast was not upto mark. No buffet - they were bringing some thing (2idli 1 vada and 1rice option like puliogra / pulao rice with limited quantity) and delivery to room. That too so late by 9 without spoon. Toilet was leaking after flush. Besheet pillows were not clean. Towel fabric coming out has to take shower again.

Breakfast was limited . Otherwise stay was comfortable.

The location of the property was good, it was in the middle of the market area with everything accessible

1. Unhygienic Rooms: The rooms were poorly cleaned, with unchanged, dirty bedsheets and blankets from the previous guests, dirty floors, and unemptied garbage bins. 2. Negligence in Room Maintenance: Requests for fresh bedsheets were ignored, with the same stained sheets being reused. Tables in the room were also left unclean, with visible tea cup marks. 3. Poor Service: Staff failed to address cleanliness concerns and did not take hygiene seriously despite repeated complaints. 4. Limited and Subpar Breakfast: The hotel lacked a proper kitchen, offering the same single breakfast dish daily, which was often served cold. Tea and coffee were only provided upon request, and even then, they arrived cold.

Only the lady at the reception during the day time was helpful and understanding.

1. There was no Hot water in the second half of the day, we were asked to adjust and wait for hot water which would start at 4am next day. Its Chikmagaluru, its cold, hot water is a need. 2. Lift was not working. 3. No bathroom items available. 4. Did not even give an extra bucket when asked for. 5. Did not give any glasses to drink water when asked for in the room, were told glasses are not available. 6. There is no view on the windows like in the pictures. 7. Staff was cutting calls when we had hot water issues, we had to go down and complain everytime. 8. The blankets and bedsheets were not clean. 9. No kettle for hot water.
