USThe townhouse was amazing, decorated beautifully! The kitchen was stocked, lots of towels, bathroom toiletries, games… everything we needed! The location was awesome as well… lots of stuff to walk to and a great area of town.
The only problem (and not even a big enough deal to change my rating or report it) was the bathroom drains on the fourth floor were suuuuper slow. All other plumbing was fine, it was just the top floor bath.
USThe townhome was very spacious and had plenty of room for 8 adults. The garage parking was perfect as we had rented a minivan and could park it there. It was also nice to be able to walk to the Parthenon in Centennial park. It was definitely in a nice and safe area. Beds were comfortable and things were clean. Keurig machine and some coffee was a bonus.
The only thing I would say is that the plumbing in all bathrooms and sinks did not drain well at all. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed or not. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

We liked it all - only thing is maybe a bit more cooking pans/pots/etc. I know most like to eat out but we loved being there to enjoy meals.
USUSThe property was located in the west end of Nashville. Very peaceful and quiet, it's close by Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Plenty of food options close by and Broadway was less than 2 miles away. The property was very modern and well put together. Zero complaints
