Beautiful rooms, easy to access and all the facilities you could need.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, but team helped me by giving another duvet.

The apartment is in a great location, which we really appreciated.

There were a few small issues that negatively affected the overall experience. The balcony was very dirty with pigeon droppings, and we actually had to clean it ourselves so we could sit there and enjoy it. Also, the entrance door code provided to us was incorrect, and we were unable to enter until other people told us the correct code. In addition, there were not enough towels for our stay. These may seem like small details, but together they impacted the comfort and overall experience.

Newly renovated and very clean. Centrally located, shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen had everything necessary.

Unfortunately rather loud - everything in the hallways was heard as clearly as it was happening in our room. Other guests didn’t respect the house rules, thus we were woken up every night by “room parties”, loud music and shouting.

Everything is great ❤️

We really enjoyed everything about our stay here and will definitely return.

Location was nice and central, close to the busy old town and lots of attractions

It would have been nice for the tea/coffee to be restocked as we only had enough for one morning (stayed for 3)

החדרים הגדולים והמושקעים מאוד! לא חסר כלום בדירה וקרוב לסופר

הייתה לנו בעיה בדלת שלא נסגרה, מה שגרם לנו פעמיים לשנות תוכניות. הצוות נתן לנו פתרונות רק בימים שלמחרת אך היה קשוב וניסה למצוא במיידי פתרונות. לאחר שיחה איתם החליטו על פיצוי של 75 יורו על הבעיה. אם לא הבעיה בדלת הכניסה המון היה מקבל ממני את הציון הכי גבוה שהייתי יכול לתת על תמורה מעולה!
