We had a wonderful stay, location is great. You have bakery, super markets, and gas station all within walking distance, also bus station is 3 minutes walk and you can easily connect to metro and go anywhere in the city. There was private parking in the garage but even if you arrive early you will find parking in the street. Apartment is really clean, it has everything you need. Staff is really accommodating and responsive, they also gave us recommendations of what to see where to go etc. Area is quiet which is great for sleep and you need around 30 minutes to get to the city centre. We will definitely stay here again!
