great location, short walk to the sea front.. supermarket and pub just around the corner.

didn't like the stairs with no carpet on them. the garden outside needs a lot of maintenance and attention.. Checkout needs to be 11.00 on a Sunday.

The property was perfect for us! There were 9 of us, and there was more than enough space. There was plenty of on-street parking. Neighbours were helpful and pleasant. Loads of pubs and restaurants close by, Tesco just a 2 minute walk away, and a very short walk to the sea front. I can highly recommend Chives restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Very spacious living room, kitchen and dining table, perfect for cooking a big meal and entertaining ourselves with games.

Great location, clean property. Spacious comfortable lounge area, leads into a good sized kitchen, very social space. Good value for money.

Bedrooms were a little sparsely furnished but non the less adequate for our stay.

When we arrived, this property was already booked. Literally, there were people in the house we had booked. The owner uses more than one platform for bookings and basically rented the same house to two different groups of people. Be very very careful if you choose to book this property.

The owner (Rose) found us alternative accommodation and agreed to a part refund. Instead of a big house for our party of 14, we had to divide 4 families into three flats. The stress of this ruined the first of our 2 nights. However, it gets worse. The owner of Victorian Beach Villa Hunstanton promised us a refund of £500 when we agreed to stay in the flats instead as she had double booked the property and was responsible for the mess. After our break, I sent text messages asking for our refund but Rose quickly stopped replying. I took the issue up with Booking.com who told me today they are going to issue me a refund of £200. I can't believe it. I have been messed around and now I'm being ripped off. Think twice before attempting to book this property.

Most showers were either freezing or scolding hot. Wet rooms had nowhere to hang towels to keep them dry No hanging facilities in any bedrooms Not enough cutlery for large group Only 1 frying pan, worked on induction hob Not enough chairs around dining room table Parts of the house should have a deep clean

Size, in reality it is bigger than in the pictures, spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Great location, close to town centre and the beach. Enough free parking on the street. We were a group of 9 and it was enough space for everyone in the common areas.

Great property for friends or family, very clean, beds really comfortable, great nights sleep.

Could do with mirrors in all rooms and lamps with proper sockets
