I had a wonderful stay at this duplex unit; dual-key condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it’s very spacious. There are 4 double beds and 3 futons available, so it’s perfect for large families or groups. Even though there were only three of us, we each had our own bed in separate rooms, which made the stay especially comfortable. The unit is well equipped with a kitchen, including a filtered hot and cold water dispenser, which was very convenient. There is also Netflix, a mahjong set, and even game consoles, so there’s plenty to do if you just want to relax indoors. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. I also liked that the unit comes with parking, so we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. The location is convenient as well — it’s only about a 5-minute drive to Jonker Street. The condo also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to check them out during our short stay, but it’s great to know those amenities are available. We also appreciated the peaceful environment. We all slept very well with no disturbances, which made the stay especially pleasant and relaxing. Overall, it was a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay in Melaka. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay.

The only minor issue was the bed mattress, which felt a little soft and tended to sink slightly. It wasn’t a major problem for our short stay, but some guests might prefer a firmer mattress. Otherwise, everything else was great. In fact, the unit was so well equipped that I later realized if I had known all the amenities available, I would have brought some tea bags or snacks to enjoy more time relaxing in the unit. That’s more on my side of planning rather than anything related to the management.

Excellent location to all places of interest. I also like the infinity pool at 23 level with superb view of the city & straits of Melaka. There is a pools table inside this unit to add to our amusement while staying here.

There is no washing machine in this unit. However, approximately 5 minutes walk away there is Happy Laundromat Bunga Raya.

The location is conveniently close to the city centre. There is ample space for a family. The building offers great amenities, including a BBQ area, gym, swimming pool, and a children’s playground.

The place was not clean. The toilet, bathroom mirrors, shower, and even the steps were dirty. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only a pan and a few cups, making it unsuitable for cooking with a family. Additionally, the kitchen sink was broken and nearly caused flooding. The shower drain was partially blocked, causing water to accumulate like a small pool instead of draining properly. The bathroom also lacked basic conveniences, with very limited space to hang towels and clothes, and insufficient areas for toiletries and cosmetics. Another issue was the window facing the entry hall, which allowed people to see directly into the living room/kitchen or guest bedroom. For privacy, the curtains had to remain closed at all times. Overall, I would only recommend this place for a short stay and for those planning to eat outside. Compared to the reviews and pictures, it was quite disappointing.
