Berthelot King’s Apartment with courtyard

Location was perfect, mini market across the road and plenty of coffee shops and places to walk to. The host provided clear instructions to access the flat and where it was located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there and it was beautifully decorated and presented. Would highly recommend!

Nothing - it was perfect!

The location was good and convenient. Other than that, it's not worth going there given the disregard and the attitude we received that was dismissive and seemingly wanting to help but not exactly doing so.

Where to start What was not good: Our time was from Friday to Wednesday. 1. They asked us to enter the apartment two hours late at the last minute, claiming that the cleaner had an accident and they had a hard time finding a cleaner. We had to walk around after driving another two hours with our luggage even though they offered to leave it in the apartment. Of course we didn't want to leave it with someone new 2. The apartment wasn't really clean, the kitchen and microwave weren't cleaned well. We reported it but it didn't help. 3. We discovered several cockroaches in the house during our stay. We reported it and they suggested spraying and that we come back in a few hours? It doesn't make sense that we would agree when we are on vacation. 4. The exit door to the yard does not open properly. It took at least 20 minutes to get it open, let alone close it. There was a problem with the cylinder. This was also reported on Saturday to Mrs. Camilla, who had been in contact with us since the reservation was made, and it turns out that she is not the owner of the house, and she kept apologizing and saying that she hoped we understood, but really, no!She said a professional would come to check the cylinder and then came back with an answer she couldn't find and that someone professional would come on Sunday and the next day. Instead of bringing someone from the field like she said, she wrote that the homeowner came and repaired it. But in reality the cylinder remained stuck somehow and was not repaired. This forced us to not properly utilize the balcony that was important to us. 5. The whole treatment of us was not good! The answers of that lady who was not even the owner of the house were evasive and as if she was trying to make us understand. It is strange that the owner of the house did not even contact us to ask if we needed anything or to talk and explain.
