Apartment had great facilities, including washing machine, dryer, fridge and cooking. Wish we could have stayed longer. Not too far from the station, with nice views. Host was easy to communicate with. Be prepared to submit passport and photos prior to be given access, do this in advance and not last minute like I did. This is my second trip to Tirano, love this town.

It is not immediately obvious how to get into the property, just push the door. Also needed to send photos beforehand which I didn't read about, we were busy travelling. This held up the time we could access the apartment, but not by much. Host was a great communicator, so these issues were quickly sorted. Advertised as stairs but there are actually several flights, it was hard going.

Poorly located and bad entry

Location is perfect. It is 3 mins walk to trains. There are good restaurants and cafes around. The house is also very close to them. All required stuff is provided. Thanks hosts.

No elevator in the building. The apart is in the 3rd floor. It is also not much problem if you are not traveling with baby stroller like us.

Nice apartment

The location was great and it had wonderful views. It was spacious. Proximity to the train station and grocery store were fantastic.

The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. The bed for our third adult was small. We went up the wrong stairs at first. Directions could have been clearer about how to enter.

The location of the flat is the best! Just five minutes by walking until get the train station.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean and it has everything we could need. The location was perfect for us. And the view from the window is stunning. We would definitely go back

The apartment is very nice

The apartment was too cold, and the heating system is not enough for the entire apartment, the floor is ceramic and it seems like we are walking on ice, the heating device turned off in the middle of the night and we couldn't turn it on until we They reported that it was dirty and covered. And the water heater didn't work when we went to shower in the morning and we left without bathing because the water was so cold.
