"Apartment at 15 minutes from Union Square"

Spacious apartment close to the Union Square, with nice balcony.

The bed was not too comfortable and the sofa was not very clean.

"Excellent located apartment but with lots of improvements to be done"

The location and the good communication with the host/property manager. It is located very close to the city center and it has nearby amenities (grocery store, coffee shop)

This has been a disappointing experience for us. We've stayed in other accommodations in the same area in the past that were spotless, compared to this one. The apartment seemed a bit careless in some points of view: cleanliness, equipment. There were big chunks of hair left in the shower drain and the kitchen didn't even have paper towels. In the bedroom there are 2 main windows but just 1 is covered with a curtain - basically we couldn't have privacy. The overall feeling was that the apartment was a bit neglected in terms of property management, which is a shame given its very good location, in the heart of Cluj.
