Handy location if you need to be close to Bradford city centre but down a dirty road with smashed glass and drug paraphernalia on the floors

Had a funny smell, was disgustingly dirty with long black hairs in the bed and in the cutlery drawer and a clump of hair in the bathroom bin on arrival. My wife and I had to go buy cleaning products to clean the apartment before we could stay in it. There were bin bags in corridors and vomit by the entrance Lots of drug use in the area too. Was offered the cleaning fee back but never received it. The bed was full of broken springs and was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in.

“NEW Luxury Smart Cinema Stylish Apartment features a terrace” - Incorrect “Among the facilities at this property is a lift” - out of order “There is parking on-site” - incorrect, offered street parking only “the property offers an an electric vehicle charging station” - I checked everywhere and couldn’t find one. “The spacious apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services”, TV only in bedroom - didn’t work. Projector in the lounge showed an image on the wall as crisp as a 1960s home movie projector. Nothing seemed to work unless I used my mobile phone. Contacted owner who didn’t attend. However he was quick to phone me when he couldn’t find the key on our departure. “The property has an outdoor dining area” - an area a long way from the unit and doesn’t connect with the unit, area dirty with empty cans and rubbish scattered about. “The apartment complex has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open” - we didn’t find any picnic area on the property, perhaps that was the so-called outdoor dining area which was unpleasant and we refused to use. And to make matters worse, the sewage people moved in and flushed resulting in a putrid smell all day requiring us to leave the apartment and it remained through to the next day due to no extractor fans being fitted. The unit is in a former warehouse and is really like a Bronx dungeon underground with the feel of a refugee camp. It has only one minuscule window located in the bedroom. Entry is via large steel goal type gates, then down a grotty stairway due the the advertised lift being out of order and along passageway in a similar state (see pics). As a retired fireman I would rate this property as a death trap, certainly a fire risk as if a fire did occur the occupants would unlikely escape. The description of this property is very misleading so much so that I have suspicions about the authenticity of the previous reviews.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and cosy - we settled in immediately. Local shops are nearby and the host was very approachable. I would highly recommend it!

I liked your instructions, easy to follow. Easy to park on Cape Street. The cinema televisions were good.The shower and bed were lovely. It was generally quiet. The flat was a great size. Loved having a washing machine.

It’s just a small thing, but I would have liked a working towel rail in the bathroom.
