They didn’t have bottom floor rooms available at all. My mother is 71 and can’t climb stairs

Property was under construction, but the management and staff were very helpful and accommodations in the rooms were very nice for what we were paying for.

Bathroom door was sticky.

The area around the hotel looked very unsafe and the parking lot was very dirty. Stair well hada strong smell of urine!! No elivator!

Lobby was nice

My room floor felt dirty. Not enough towels. Foundation of the building falling apart

It was in a good location and the staff at the front desk was very friendly

There were giant ants everywhere in the room but specifically in the towels and beds, I got bit up the second night. Also there were roaches in the sink the second day as well

My stay wasn't very good. The room had running water in the restroom had running water. No remote for TV and I had to report it twice after being giving two different remotes.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was gross, poorly cleaned. Barely cleaned at all. It smelled horrible like of bad smoke and through the night we heard people yelling and screaming outside and lots of loud bangs. We did not feel safe here. The beds were comfy though. Also no coffee maker in the room or any soap
