"Fantastic!! I will be back and I loved the location!"

From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed. Wallace greeted me and helped me with my luggage. I had had a long train ride and the staff was so nice and got me checked in straight away. Special shout out to Wallace who helped on a daily basis!

It would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Also, all of the other Best Westerns I have stayed at breakfast was included, so that would have been a bonus for sure.

It was a little dated but clean enough, reasonable location walkable to the river walk and attractions - you get what you pay for and it was value for money - we were only there 1 night

"Overall it was pretty good."

The staff was great. Wallace and the man that waited on us Saturday night in the restaurant portion of the hotel. Also, our air conditioner went out, but maintenance came and fixed the issue immediately.

We didn't like how small the elevator was and no air ventilation in the hallways or elevator.
