"No WiFi on laptop so I couldn’t work."

There was a dead roach that had been smashed on the bottom of the sofa so I was completely disgusted and knew that if that wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in, that nothing probably was. Also, the floor in lobby near elevators and the hallway near elevator on 2nd floor were both dirty!! We’d never stay here again.

We did not have any meals. The location and view was great we hope to return soon! I sent my daughter and son in law pictures as they want to visit here next year as well and loved the look of your hotel too!!

The property was nice and convenient. The staff was nice. You guys were nice and understanding enough to waive a cancellation fee for me.

When we got to our room, there was still urine on the bathroom seat. Also, I’m a Bonvoy member and I haven’t received points for the stay.
