Delta Hotels by Marriott Colonial Heights

The hotel did a good job of accommodating our needs. The staff was very responsive and did very thing possible to ensure that our needs were met. Brian Scott the hotel manager was very good to work with.

I had not problems with the hotel. However, the dining facility was not to responsive in servicing breakfast. It was not a problem but the service was to slow to meet our needs.

The location was great. I needed a place to stay for VSU Family and Friends Weekend. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am, I asked the pleasant front desk employee if I would be able to check in early. At the time she didn't have a room available but said as soon as she had a room available she would text me. By the time I walked back to my truck, got comfortable in the second row, I received a text alert to read that my room is available. I was pleasantly surprised and tired. I would stay again and again at The Marriott Colonial Heights Hotel

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff very nice and professional.

Would have liked more time for longer stay.

Good location.

The room is in dire need of an update. Bathroom door was water warped at the too and bottom. Lighting in the room was terrible and the carpet in the room needs either a good cleaning or to be replaced all together. The room was clean, bed was comfortable but ive stayed in better Delta Hotels than this one

Atmosphere, location, cleanliness

No microwaves in the rooms, no good options on the tv (apps or free tv), the hotel running out of towels so we had to wait for housekeeping to wash more.
