The front clerk Asian lady I guess not a friendly person!

Easy on and off the highway and was a easy check in with two young kids after a long day traveling!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The room was spacious, and I especially liked how quiet it was at night.

Unfortunately, the body wash had run out, and I only realized it while I was already in the shower. but that was something insignificant

Nothing

There was no power. I had to sleep in my car to charge my phone. They were not accommodating at all. I stayed for 3 nights and did not have power for an entire day! They did not put in any effort to accommodate me for the terrible experience.

The location was great

The lady at the bar, had a very rude attitude before saying hello she became direct to asking ages and what we could or couldn’t do

I loved the cleanliness! Air quality was so fresh (I suffer from allergies) and staff was very friendly and professional.
