Perfect size, spotlessly clean and reasonable walking distance into centre. Loved the port and biscuits. Alex was very thorough in communication and showing me everything in the flat Great coffee shop around the corner (Combi coffee?)

Some street noise on the weekend- pack your earplugs. Perfect otherwise

Ótimo apartamento com todo conforto necessário. A pessoa que entregou a chave excelente profissional, apartamento muito bem organizado, limpeza impecável, ambiente sossegado e agradeço ao alojamento pelos mimos deixados no apartamento durante minha estadia. Super recomendo o alojamento assim como voltarei a me hospedar novamente assim que retornar ao Porto.

Absolutamente nada a acrescentar

Check-in muy fácil y rápido. Muy buena ubicación, al lado de una plaza principal con mucha vida, bares y supermercados y muy cerca del centro a pie. Apartamento espacioso. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Baño con toallas de sobra, secador de pelo, etc.

El colchón malísimo, no hemos podido descansar bien y nos vamos de Oporto con dolor de espalda. Se nos enviaron muchos mensajes ofreciendo ayuda… hasta que la solicitamos pidiendo una almohada extra para intentar mejorar el descanso, entonces nos dejaron de contestar. La limpieza podría mejorar: la habitación tiene una alfombra visualmente sucia y las sábanas tenían manchas y pelos (también comentamos esto a la persona que nos contactaba pero tampoco obtuvimos respuesta). El lavabo, tal y como comentan otros huéspedes en mensajes anteriores, no traga bien y es pequeño, así que tienes que estar pendiente de ello si te lavas la cara, por ejemplo. Es una pena porque el apartamento tiene potencial pero creo que no se preocupan realmente por el bienestar del huésped.

Perfect location for tourist areas. A lot of potential, the room is nice. Complimentary port is nice. So good that there is a coffee machine. So easy to get in and out.

The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain properly. The bed is a bit uncomfortable and doesn't have a head board.

The property is very centrally located close to metro lines direct to and from the airport, also to further explore the city , along with buses that connect to the train stations giving you ease and access to explore beyond the city. It's located near to many great local restaurants and eateries, so you avoid the overpriced tourist traps , while enjoying good food at very reasonable prices. The neighborhood seems more authentic and local than a being in the hustle and bustle of touristic areas, while also being quite quiet. The bed is firm, just as I personally like it; the WIFI connection is steady and fast so that allowed me to connect back home easily for workmatters and streaming; the shower is large and water pressure and hot water great after along day exploring around the city; there is a large refrigerator and an induction cooktop with oven/microwave for those who wish to be a bit more hands on. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and Tomaz was very easy to contact if any matters arised.

Just a few minor points : the location of the air conditioning unit was a bit ineffective for the room .....the drain in the bathroom vanity empties a bit slowly, so if you run the faucet too long it seems it could possibly overflow ... And while the shower heads are amazing, I would suggest maybe a better shower area divider to prevent water spilling unto the bathroom floor area... Oh, if you're a light sentive sleeper, yes the bedroom windows are next to street lamp outside, but there is an electronic rollshutter on the windows ..... As I stated just minor matters, but OVERALL A GREAT ACCOMMODATION!!!!.
