La habitación amplia, el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto

Los encargados consulares llamaron al hotel para confirmar la reserva en el momento de hacer la inmigración a México. No hubo respuesta por parte del hotel y nos regresaron a Colombia, perdimos tres días y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente el tiquetes de avión para no perder el partido del mundial de fútbol. Nos vimos muy perjudicados con esta situación. Además de haber pagado por anticipado cinco noches y solo nos hospedamos dos noches.
