Preston Serviced Apartment - Estatevision

There were no spare sheets and quilt left for the sofa bed. The freezer door didn’t shut meaning it was leaking to the floor. The light switch in the bedroom was hanging off the wall. The parking is difficult to get in and out. The pool table didn’t include a full set of balls to play. All small things that add up.

I initially booked for 3 nights but had to extend for another 4 day due to unforeseen circumstances. The host, was super helpful, a great communicator, and a pleasure to deal with. As I was working remotely, he even had an office chair sent to me, which was a thoughtful touch. The flat is spacious, in a perfect location—very close to the train station and shopping area—yet peaceful. No hesitation in recommending this place!”

Parking is tight and may not be available on site

I had to call the host as I was given the wrong code for the key box. We had no WiFi for the days we stayed, so we could not watch the TV ot Netflix etc. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud, we could hear it in both rooms every time someone used the toilet. The dinning table chair had wobbly legs and only 4 chairs to use for 6 people. I would not recommend it for a family stay.
